3 Contracts (C) CE Credit -This course will improve the intermediate licensee's professional knowledge to enable them to better explain contracts, required disclosures and provide current information on the Residential Purchase Agreement. Licensees will also learn how to identify problem areas in writing a contract and understand FIRPTA, multiple offers and financing addendums
