Women's Soccer Junior Spartan Development Academy

Hosted by TWU Women's Soccer Program, Spartan Academy sessions are designed to offer aspiring young players the opportunity to develop their technical skills and tactical understanding with coaching from one of the top university programs in Canada. While technical and tactical instruction will be foundational in our academy sessions, gameplay will be our main focus. Each session will include significant time allocated to scrimmaging and small sided games. In addition, each session will include an off-field component aimed at helping players prepare for playing at the next level after youth soccer. Topics will include mental skills, nutrition, strength and conditioning, goal setting and leadership development skills, as well as understanding of the university recruiting process. This ID camp is designed for aspiring players who wish to play at the university level and will be open to BCSPL and Metro players.
This academy is great for girls looking for supplemental training in a competitive environment. On top of competitive on-field training, we will focus on strengthening, mental skills, and leadership development.
