Description

Kind Mind Art class is about slowing down, giving yourself grace, and being kind to your mind through art and color. This mixed-media class is for adults of all experience levels, no artistic skills needed, just an open mind. Artists will explore everything from pastels to paints through intuitive art, and in a relaxed and supportive space. Expect creativity and connection. Come give yourself permission to slow down and hang out with your inner child for a bit. Supplies provided with tuition.
