This is a beginner-friendly jazz class designed for adults with little to no dance experience. The class will move through foundational jazz steps, improve coordination and flexibility, and build confidence through fun, easy-to-follow combinations set to energetic music. Each class includes a full-body warm-up, across-the-floor exercises, and choreography that will leave you feeling strong, expressive, and empowered. No experience necessary—just come ready to move and have a great time! NOTE: If you don't own dance shoes or ballet slippers, please wear socks or bring socks with you to put on.
