This class is perfect for adults who are new to ballet or looking to revisit the fundamentals in a welcoming and supportive environment. Students will learn basic ballet techniques, positions, and terminology while improving posture, flexibility, and strength. Through gentle barre and center exercises, dancers will enjoy the beauty of ballet at their own pace, as well as learning how the fundamentals of ballet can be implemented in daily life. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to move, learn, and enjoy. NOTE: If you don't own dance shoes or ballet slippers, please wear socks or bring socks with you to put on.
