Yoga with Sally!
Join Sally every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga experience. This class introduces simple balance and flexibility exercises while incorporating smooth movement flows that transition naturally between muscle groups.
Participants will focus on improving strength, balance, range of motion, flexibility, and core stability through guided practice suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Each session concludes with a 15-minute relaxation period designed to reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
