Adult Soccer League Sub Player Registration & Payment Subs must register for each game by registering for the game time and date they will be playing. Subs are required to have a valid OASA player card. Please note: Subs must receive Team Manager approval and provide the team name when registering. On game day, subs are required to provide physical or digital proof of sub registration for each game. For game times or locations, refer to the "League Info" tab to see the game schedule or reach out to the Team Manager directly. Sub registration is non-refundable.
