Learn form, pace and injury prevention. This program is for slower than 10 minute/mile pace, walk/run combo is also welcome! Bring water, wear exercise clothing & running shoes. Meet in the LORAC lobby, rain or shine! Train for a 5k race done together at your own expense on Sunday 10/25.
