Drop It Like It’s Hot

This class is designed to introduce the fundamentals of hip hop dance. It focuses on rhythm, basic grooves, body awareness, and beginner-level choreography in an encouraging, no-pressure atmosphere. Introducing body isolations and beginner friendly techniques/tricks. Perform an upbeat routine on the last scheduled session. No Class 3/22
