Adult Basketball League Sub Player Registration & Payment. Sub players must register for each game by selecting the game time per day. Please note: Subs must receive Team Manager approval and provide the team name when registering. On game day, subs are required to provide physical or digital proof of sub registration. For game times or locations, refer to the "League Info" tab to see the game schedule or reach out to the Team Manager directly. Sub registration is non-refundable.
