Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Our Intro to Jumps course follows a progressive parking lot to feature method. We begin in a controlled flat environment to build the essential body positions, timing, and coordination required for safe and effective jumping. Riders will develop a strong foundation in balance, pressure control, and braking before progressing to any trail features. From there, we introduce the physics behind jumping, including how to generate lift, maintain stability in the air, and control speed on approach. Riders will learn the techniques needed to stay centered and composed from takeoff to landing. Once we move to features, we follow a structured progression, starting with small rollers and preloading exercises before advancing to actual jumps. Feature size and complexity are only increased once riders demonstrate consistent control proper technique, and safe execution.
