De-stress, relax and unwind as you are immersed in the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, bringing a sense of peace, balance & harmony.
The Sound Bath Instructor, Karen DeNovi, will have a few mats, or bring your own. Dress comfortably, and please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and settle in!
This program suggests that you bring water and it is not recommended for individuals that are pregnant, have pacemakers or epilepsy.
*$20 Registration Fee
