Forest Therapy is a mindful walk that connects the senses of sight, touch, hearing, and taste to the natural world. It offers a chance to slow down, learn about yourself, and deepen your connection to nature. In this practice, nature acts as our guide, with your instructor, Debra, helping you trust your body and build intuition through sensory awareness and the messages nature offers. Participants are invited to move mindfully through a series of invitations, fostering a deeper awareness of themselves and their environment. There are no right or wrong ways to engage—just a gentle, relational experience with nature.
