This gentle, Valentine-themed introduction to the Zentangle® Method will explore the foundations of this meditative art form while creating artwork that celebrates love and connection. Through simple, structured patterns and a relaxed step-by-step process, you will discover how Zentangle helps calm the mind, awakens creativity, and brings joy to the present moment. She discovered the Zentangle® Method during a time of deep personal transition and became a Certified Zentangle® Teacher in April 2022. Since then, she has been teaching and sharing this gentle yet powerful creative practice as a way to cultivate presence, gratitude, and meaningful connection.
