Julia is a marriage coach who helps married women improve their relationships. This five week series will be a participatory workshop for married women to learn skills and engage in personal reflection and sharing to help you achieve more happiness and connection with yourself and your husband. A confidential safe space will be created and led by an experienced and trained-relationship coach. The approach is inspired by The Empowered Wife (Laura Doyle and trauma-informed coaching). Julia is a nutrition scientist who decided to become a marriage coach after overcoming substantial struggles in her marriage. She helps married woman improve their relationships with their husbands through group and private coaching and workshops.
