ICE! is our signature holiday attraction during Christmas at Gaylord Palms.  The theme for the 2026 season will be announced in late July. These scenes will be brought to life in magnificent sculptures hand-carved from more than 2 million pounds of ice. Educational Components: ·              Learn the science behind the ice and the special recipe used in making the different types and colors of ice. Yes, there is a recipe! ·              Visit the Carver Showcase – a live ice-carving zone featuring Artisans in Action!  The deadline to register and pay is November 30th Early Bird Pricing goes up after November 25th Adults age 12 and up $23 Child (age 4-11) $17 3 and under free Self-Parking is $35 + tax/vehicle.  Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. You must enter with the group.
