Take a deep dive into the skills professionals use to create a new work of theater including directing, playwriting, and devising. Taught by local professional theatre artists, this Intensive camp will ask students to explore their creative vision, as well as leadership and collaborative skills as they create a new work of theater from scratch. Intensive camps are for students who already have a strong foundation in theater and want a more intensive study in performing arts skills. This program features expert-led classes in acting, speech, movement, with a curriculum that is always evolving so repeat students can continue to learn and grow until graduation. We also touch on the business side of the performing arts for students interested in pursuing this as a career.
