This course is a continuation study in classic choreography of two styles of Hawaiian dance: the ancient form (hula kahiko) and the contemporary style (hula auwana). We will explore pre-missionary era history, culture and social protocols in relationship to the Hula. The Fall 2 session culminates in a recital to celebrate learners achievements and share with friends family and COM community.
