This is a great gymnastics class for children in years 1-6. Every week the children will play a warm up game, do stretching and practice a different gymnastics skill every week. Some weeks the children will work on jumping off a vault, rolls, balances and much more. They will work towards the Rise British Gymnastics skills throughout the term.
