Master the techniques of Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk with expert guidance from our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. This class focuses on proper form, technique, and progression to maximize strength gains and improve functional fitness.
No classes will be held from Christmas Eve Wednesday, December 24 through New Years Eve Wednesday, December 31.
