To build on the learning outcomes from our study of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, we are offering an optional field trip to see Chicago: Teen Edition at the Mary Irwin Theatre on Wednesday, March 11, at 7:00pm. This performance by New Vintage Theatre serves as a perfect curriculum extension, allowing students to experience live theatre firsthand and expand their technical knowledge. This is an optional trip limited to a maximum of 10 students on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents are asked to drop off students at the theatre at 6:45pm and pick them up promptly at 9:00pm. Students may wear casual clothes. Please ensure your child has a water bottle, is dressed for the weather, and carries a cell phone (or another reliable means of contacting a parent/guardian).
