Join a supportive community of women who are gaining greater awareness about mood, movement, and mobility during all stages of pregnancy. We will learn about aromatherapy, beneficial herbs, and methods of birthing. Your class is taught by a certified doula (birthing companion), aromatherapist and energy healing practitioner, and pre-natal yoga instructor.
