Description

Kansas City Police Department is offering two FREE self-defense classes here at Cleaver Family YMCA! The first class is a slideshow lecture focused on information about self-defense. The second class is a hands-on activity. Visitors are welcome to register for both back-to-back classes or just one. For the hands-on class, please wear comfortable gym clothing. If you register for both, note there will be a 15 minute break between each class.
