This class is designed for anyone new to kettlebells or looking to build a strong foundation. Participants will learn proper technique, safety, and basic movement patterns using light to moderate kettlebells. The focus is on controlled, functional movements that improve strength, balance, and coordination.
The class will cover fundamental exercises such as:
Kettlebell deadlifts
Goblet squats
Basic swings (with coaching and modifications)
Presses and rows
Core stability movements
Certified instruction from personal trainer and strength coach Nicholas Gleason ensures each participant receives guidance on posture, breathing, and form. Modifications are provided, making the class accessible for all fitness levels.
