Description

Free class for older adults who are MEMBERS of the Y and are concerned about falling or have fallen. Those who want to increase activity and exercise. Participant can walk independently (a cane is okay.)

Not appropriate for those with dementia. Learn to: view falls as controllable, set goals for increased activity, improve balance, flexibility and strength. Make changes at home to reduce fall risk.
