Pre Race

• Bib Pickup -race day only, 30 minutes before your start time. Bring the check-in code from your confirmation email.
• Bag Check -drop your gear safely before you line up.
• Portable Toilets -available at the start, limited, so arrive early.
• Pre-Race Announcements -final instructions from the Race Director.

Wave Starts

• Half -9:30 AM

The Course

Course Description

You run the paths of Liberty State Park on the Jersey City waterfront, looking across the harbor at the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. It is a flat and fast course with only minor inclines, and about a third of it runs under trees.

All Distances

• Follow Your Signs -Yellow signs with black arrows mark every intersection, and each one carries the distance it belongs to. Follow only the signs with your race on them.
• Water Stations -Three per loop. Every station has water, Gatorade, and gels.
