About this event
What if you had the power to design a government from the ground up? In this class, students will tackle big, debate-worthy questions. What is the best form of government? Who should hold the power? Is government even necessary? Students will break down the major forms of societal organization to see how leaders rise, laws get made, and citizens shape their nations. After comparing monarchies, democracies, oligarchies, and more, learners will put their knowledge into action by designing an original government system of their own. Through creative challenges and group decision making, students will discover what makes a society fair, functional, and fun to imagine.
