Zumba is a fun, low-impact dance fitness class that is easy to follow and adaptable for all ability levels.
This energizing class supports heart health, balance, coordination, and brain wellness, while creating a joyful sense of community. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up introducing simple Latin dance movements that build gradually throughout the session and ends with relaxing cool-down stretches.
No dance experience needed. Just come ready to move and have fun!
Best results come from attending weekly.
Fee: $10/per class ($7.50/class for those with ICSC's low-income membership); pay instructor.
Curious about Zumba? Join us for a free Zumba Party on the first Wednesday of each two-month class session (September 2) to try this fun, low-impact workout and meet the instructor.
