Join Jen on Halloween Day for a seasonally themed water fitness class at the Robert A. Lee Pool! Headbands will be provided for all class participants.
Please check in with customer service when you arrive and head to the pool deck. Participants should check in with instructor to be checked in on class roster.
Intensity: Low to Moderate
Focusing on balance, flexibility, and overall body fitness using a variety of shallow-mid depth exercises designed to strengthen your core muscles and enhance cardiovascular endurance. Classes start with a warm up and stretching exercises before engaging in more strenuous exercises.
