Description

This class is designed for individuals with Parkinson's Disease and uses a variety of exercises to work on movement strategies, gait, balance, strength and flexibility. This class may use equipment, including hand weights, bands and balls. This class is sponsored by the American Parkinson Disease Association Iowa Chapter and is no cost to participate for individuals with Parkinson's Disease and care partners.
