Dance experience is not necessary to line dance, but a basic knowledge of steps is needed. In this class, you will learn how to do the basic steps - a jazz step, a weave, a grapevine, a Monterey turn, paddle turn, a pivot turn - and you will be able to apply them in learning easy choreographed line dances. This class is for you if you’ve never line danced before or if you want to perfect your steps or if you just want to line dance more — and no partner is necessary. Line dance is also good for the brain as well as the body, but most of all it’s fun. So get ready to relax, make new friends, and have a good time. You can also take this class at the same time as Line Dance class - a chance to really put into practice what you learn. Instructor: Sherian Piper
