David Harper, Physical Therapist with the Visiting Nurse Association, will provide ICSC members with a free balance and fall risk assessment, by appointment. During this session, you will b asked to stand on the BTrackS Balance Plate that utilizes special software to assess your balance and fall risk. After each assessment, David will provide guidance to help you improve balance based on your results. Make an appointment online at icgov.org/icsc-services or call us at 319-356-5220 to sign up.
