This yin style yoga class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the deep connective tissues of each area of the body. Class includes a posture check and a recommendation of poses to improve alignment issues. Customers must be able kneel, sit and lay on the mat. Props will be provided. You may bring your own. Register 7 days in advance.
