Tumble Sprouts: Ages 2-3 years old
Preschool Parent–Child Gymnastics/Tumbling Parent–Child Class
Tumble Sprouts supports toddlers as they transition toward more independent movement while still benefiting from caregiver involvement.
This class blends guided exploration with simple structure, allowing children to try new skills while building confidence and body awareness.
Participants practice basic gymnastics shapes, balance activities, and beginner obstacle courses in a non-competitive, encouraging environment. Stations are designed to match developing attention spans and growing independence.
Focus areas:• Agility, balance, and coordination (ABC’s of movement)• Following simple directions• Confidence and independence• Social interaction and turn-taking
