Join us for the great global clean-up this earth day! We will clean up the shores at Lake Perris SRA, then launch kayaks on the lake. This program is open to all levels of kayak experience, and is beginner friendly.

Learn about the 7 Leave No Trace Principles, clean up our local inland waterway, learn about the first peoples, and indulge in love for people and planet with us by helping us keep our nearby waterways beautiful.
Limited Transportation available on a first-come first-served basis. All Kayak Equipment, Lunch, Earth Day T-Shirt, and Activities provided. Bring clothes that are OK getting wet, your reusable water bottle, and plenty of sunscreen.

NOTICE FOR WATER SPORTS: Minimum of 7 years of age required for participants interested in kayaking. Children ages 7-14 Must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian inside the watercraft for on-Water Activities. PFD usage is required for all participants, no exceptions.
First-Timers highly encouraged to attend Kayaking 101 at Pawley Pool prior to Clean-Up and Kayak Event. Kayaking 101 involves hands-on practice for handling skills. Dates released to enrolled participants only.
NOTE: You must know how to swim to participate in kayaking on the lake. Folks who would like to attend the clean-up portion only are welcome to attend the event. Kayaking is just one of the many activities available for our earth lovers at this event!
