Join us for a summer adventure day with the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC) in Big Bear.
Our AUGUST program will include a Snow Summit Adventure Day!
Session is from 10am-3pm in Big Bear. The Summer Day Adventure may include activities such as: tubing, wall climbing, scenic sky chair, zip lining, bungee trampoline and panning for gems.
*Some activities will vary depending on accesibility*
Registration Deadline: July 30th, 2026
Each participant is able to have a limit of ONE [1] non-disabled family member/friend, participate in the program at the same price, and must be registered for the event.
Participants have the option to either transport themselves or catch a ride with DRD as we depart for Big Bear. Transportation must be registered for at the time of initial registration for the program.
A limited number of tickets are available.

This opportunity is for individuals with disabilities, participants must have a doctor diagnosed cognitive or physical disability to participate. A Therapeutic Recreation Additional Information Form [TR Form] must be completed, in addition to the standard waiver, if the participant is using DRD transportation. The paperwork can be downloaded from the DRD website or completed in person at a community center front counter.
