Join our wonderful instructor Kandi on every Wednesday of the month, for a nurturing, accessible practice honoring the wisdom of your body. Gentle seated poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation designed for comfort, mobility, and ease. All levels and abilities are welcomed and celebrated. Pre-register for a block of classes to receive a reduced rate.You are also able to drop in for individual sessions at $3 each class.
There is not class on November 11th & 25 in observation of the corresponding holidays.
