Topics Covered
Composition is how you control everything within the boundaries of your medium. We’ll practice moving objects to control our subject. Topics like negative space, lighting, portraits, and digital camera mechanics are demonstrated along with psychological aspects of image storytelling like partial reveal. Class time will include lectures, demonstrations, and individual guidance from the instructor.
Supplies
Please bring a notebook and pen to take notes. Students are encouraged to bring their own digital cameras (phone cameras included) to class.
