Celebrate International Vulture Awareness Day with crafts and activities all day at the Ornithology Center! Saturday, September 5th. FREE with park admission - donations to our Avian Ambassador Fund greatly appreciated.

10:00 am - 4:00 pm Vulture crafts and coloring in the nature classroom; Scavenger Hunts; Migration Obstacle Course available upon request

2:30 - 3:00 pm Raptor Feeding Time - Learn all about vultures and meet Matilda the Turkey Vulture and new resident, Beaker the Black Vulture! FREE with park admission, drop-ins welcome. Outside, rain or shine.
