Welcome to our Advanced Tae Kwon Do class, where we expand on the exciting world of this dynamic Korean martial art. Tae Kwon Do focuses on powerful kicks, precise strikes, and effective self-defense techniques, all while promoting fitness, discipline, and self-confidence.

Preregistration is required. Offered for students the ages of 14 and up.
