Description
Steel Art Workshop: Propane to Jack-o-Lantern
Transform a retired propane tank into a one-of-a-kind jack-o-lantern sculpture! In this class, you'll learn to use a plasma cutter to design and create your pumpkin's face. Learn basic MIG welding and metal finishing techniques to complete your project. You'll also leave with an LED light so your glowing pumpkin is Halloween ready!
Materials, tool, and safety gear will be provided. All propane tanks are professionally cleaned and safely prepared before class.
There may be a 30-minute break, mid-class, as needed.
Students must wear cotton shirt, pants, and closed toe shoes.
No sandals, shorts, or synthetics.
Students must have full vision capabilities, gripping strength with both hands, and adequate hand-eye coordination.
