Attention birders! Have you ever wanted the opportunity to improve your shorebird identification skills? Look no further than the Eagle Creek Ornithology Centers Fall Shorebird ID workshop! With over 34 regularly occurring shorebird species found in Indiana annually, shorebirds can be a fun yet challenging group of species to confidently identify! Join Eagle Creek Ornithology Center naturalist, Aidan Rominger on Sunday, September 6th from 11:00-1:00pm where he will teach how to properly identify shorebirds in fall plumage, as well as other useful tips that will make identifying these challenging birds a breeze! The class will be all indoors and lecture-based. Recommended for adults but ages 12 and up can also come if accompanied by a paying adult and able to sit for 2 hours. Cost for adults is $6 and youth participants are FREE. Please register both adults and youth. Park admission included!
