Whether you create a self-portrait or a fantastical persona, in this class you'll learn basic welding techniques while creating a small metal figure from steel scraps and rod! We'll cover safety, tool operation, and simple fabrication to cut, shape, assemble, and MIG weld your own unique sculpture!

Students must wear cotton shirt, pants, and closed toe shoes.

No sandals, shorts, or synthetics.

Students must have full vision capabilities, gripping strength with both hands, and adequate hand-eye coordination.
