Strength & Core Fusion focuses on building strength and endurance, supporting bone health, and improving the balance and coordination you use in everyday life. All fitness levels are welcome, so come ready to move at your own pace and feel stronger with every class.
This class is taught by Shantel Morris, an Indianapolis native with a passion for functional movement, dance, and the arts. Shantel is also an award-winning actress and theatre teacher, so you can expect plenty of encouragement, laughter, and fun along the way!
