Toss your cares aside and get your hands muddy in this classic pottery wheel class! Learn how to turn clay into cylinders, mugs, and more while building confidence at the wheel in a supportive, creative studio environment.
Work alongside fellow ceramic artists with a wide range of experience levels as you strengthen your technique, refine your skills, and enjoy the grounding, meditative process of working with clay. Each week includes instructor demonstrations, guided practice, examples, and group critiques to help you grow and improve.
What to expect:

• Weekly wheel-throwing demonstrations
• Hands-on practice time
• Individual feedback from your instructor
• Group critiques and shared learning with classmates

Please note:Outside clay is not permitted at the Indy Art Center. You will be prompted to purchase clay at registration or checkout, and your clay will be waiting on your class shelf on the first day of class.
Our studio provides a full set of tools for use during class sessions, so just bring yourself and your creativity!
