About this event
Description
Ready to learn Sports Photography? In this class, you will have 1 day in the classroom, then the next 2 classes will be in the field shooting actual sporting events at the Gilruth Center.
What to bring to class:
- Digital camera - Must have a DSLR or Mirrorless. No point and shoot cameras.
- Memory Cards.
- Must have taken Photo Basics class or at a minimum, be familiar with shooting in manual, adjusting iso, shutter speed and aperture.
- Charged batteries.
- Owners manual for camera.
- Zoom and/or fixed Telephoto lens, ie. 18-300mm, 70-200mm, 50-500mm etc. Wide lens option, i.e. 24-70 mm, 12-24 mm, etc.
- Monopod ideal but not required
