Work out and get fit right in the middle of Memorial Park! The Memorial Park Fitness Center, located at 6402 Arnot, Houston, TX 77007, is equipped with weights and cardiovascular equipment.

In addition, an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool is open during the summer and into the fall for lap swimming, based on the temperature. Showers and lockers are also available for fitness center guests.

It's a great place to get fit!

6:00 am - 8:00 pm - Monday through Friday

8:00 am - 4:00 pm - Saturday
