Yin & Sound: An Evening of Restoration & Release

Taking place on the Lunar New Year, take a pause from the rush of the day and allow your body, mind, and spirit to reset. This deeply restorative class begins with gentle movement and grounding yin poses designed to discharge heavy thoughts, stuck emotions, and lingering tension from the day.
Once the body has softened and the mind has begun to quiet, you’ll be guided into a reclined, supported rest to receive the therapeutic vibrations of a live sound bath—a meditative journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to calm the nervous system and restore inner harmony.
