It’s been a long, cold winter. Get back outside and enjoy the beauty of nature! Join coach Michelle Ridley and explore trails in South Hiram. This course is for beginners to intermediate trail walkers/joggers. Participants will also learn dynamic stretches/form drills and cool down. Be aware the start of the trail is rugged and bumpy so please note that you will need to watch your footing and be ready for occasional mud on the trail. Proper footwear or sturdy sneakers are required. Waivers will need to be signed at first class. Please pre-register as a minimum of 3 people is required to run the course. Michele Ridley has coached Sacopee Valley Middle School track for 14 years and cross-country trail running for eight years. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and energetic!
