The Parent & Tot Program structures in-water interaction between parent and child to stress the importance of play in developing water-positive attitudes and skills. Activities and progressions are based on child development, so parents register in the level appropriate for their child’s age. Activities to teach Water Smart® education key messages are incorporated into all levels. Prerequisite(s): 4 months - 3 years old (recommended)

Swim Diaper Requirements: Children who are not fully toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper covered by waterproof swim pants with secure-fitting leg and waist closures (double barriers) during Parent & Tot lessons. This requirement helps prevent fecal contamination and maintain safe, clean pool water. Regular disposable diapers are not permitted in the pool.
